RETURN POLICY

We regret to inform you that we do not accept any returns or exchanges, except in cases where the items are defective. If a malfunction occurs, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items. If an issue arises with your order, such as missing items or malfunctions, please reach out to us within 14 days of the order being placed or delivered. If this timeframe is exceeded, we will no longer be able to replace or resend the item.

 

Please ensure that the information provided for your order is valid and accurate, as orders with invalid information cannot be refunded once they have been fulfilled. We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost by the carrier, a new parcel can be sent with proof from the carrier that the items were lost during transit. Please note that carrier responses may take weeks.

 

We would like to remind you that we are not responsible for stolen packages, and orders used with any type of discount or payment plan are not eligible for a refund. All sales are final, whether the orders are being shipped or not.

 

If customers forget to use a code at checkout, they are not eligible for a refund. However, orders that are defective due to manufacturing faults can be refunded. We require detailed pictures as proof that the product is not working properly. The refund will be issued once the product is received back by us, and the shipping cost will be covered by us. 

 

If a product arrives damaged, we will happily replace it with detailed photos or videos of the damaged product.
